Kate Lucas is a residential and commercial real estate professional with Keller Williams Alliance Realty covering the Central Virginia area.

Kate was born in Richmond, Virginia and raised most of her life on a horse farm in Goochland, VA. She has lived in Charlottesville since 2009. After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University, a nationally acclaimed Communication and Design program, with a B.A. in Fine Arts, her career has included time as a graphic artist starting out at The Martin Agency, the largest Southeast advertising company. She later founded and owned Charlottesville Multisports events, an endurance race promotion company. After 8 years of growing and building Charlottesville Multisports she took an opportunity to sell it to pursue real estate.

Kate's an avid art's and music lover and enjoys most anything adventurous in the outdoors around the world. Kate lives in the friendly, Ivy neighborhood central to some of the best biking and running in the country, while being close to UVA and a short drive to the historic Downtown Mall.
